According to recent news regarding national recalls, the Rhythm Superfoods, LLC has initiated a recall of Kool Ranch Kale Chips with the code number 8 29739 00052 1.
The recall was made necessary after a few samples from the product had cashews among its ingredients when its label clearly did not declare cashews as one of the ingredients.
The mislabeled product was possibly shipped to distributors nationwide. The company decided to recall the items since many consumers may have a severe allergy to cashews. Life-threatening reactions could turn into a reality in case an allergic individual consumed the recalled goods.
