According to news sources, a recall has been issued for the product Mediterranean Garlic & Herb Ravioli due to a mislabeling of the product that resulted in an undeclared Soy allergen.

The company, Rising Moon Organics, announced the recall after it was discovered that a Soy allergen contained in the product was not identified in the label. The mistake was discovered by the co-packer and the recall was subsequently issued. The recalled products have a UPC 7 85030 55559 0 and a Sell By date of April 05, 2012.

There have been no reported illnesses to date.
