Two PSBR verdicts were recognized by the annual publication including Doe v. Fitness Alliance ($13,000,000; #3 Workplace Negligence Verdict) and Manzo v. LGS Transport ($1,125,000; #12 Motor Vehicle Verdict).
Three PSBR settlements were also named to the list, including Freeman v. Board of Trustees of the California State University ($39,500,000; #2 Top Settlement and #1 Worker/Workplace Negligence Settlement), Winfield v. YTLife Investments ($3,000,000; #18 Top Settlement and #2 Premises Liability Settlement), and Anderson v. R & R Transportation ($2,000,000; #12 Motor Vehicle Settlement).
Rojas v. Hajoca Corporation ($23,720,996) also ranked number two in the Top Decision category.
